Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your assessments and game history, journal transcripts and recall questions, lifestyle and health logs, family dashboard memberships, profile, and sign-in record from our servers, and deletes local data and voice recordings from your device.
If you can no longer access the app, email contact@mindtwice.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you and delete the account.
Nothing tied to your identity is retained after deletion. An active subscription is not canceled by deleting your account — manage it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
