Delete your MindTwice account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open MindTwice and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes from our servers your account and sign-in record, profile and setup answers, assessment and game results, subscription records, AI usage counts and notification tokens. On the phone you use, it deletes your journal entries and recordings, check-ins, health data, game history, cached voice clips and settings.

If you backed up your journal to Google Drive, that backup is deleted too while the phone is still signed in to the same Google account. Otherwise you can remove it in Google Drive under Settings → Manage apps.

The key for your phone-backup file is deleted, so any copy of your journal left in an old Google or iCloud backup can no longer be read, and the backup file on that phone is deleted.

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@mindtwice.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you and delete the account.

What is not deleted

• MindTwice data on another phone you used: uninstall the app there to remove it.
• Recordings or reports you saved outside the app yourself.
• An email you left on mindtwice.com (the launch waitlist or a creator's page): it is kept separately from your account. Email us and we will delete it.
• Your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it. Manage it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Google and Apple keep their own purchase records.
• Routine technical logs kept by our hosting providers for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
